Rental Policies

Rental Period

Minimum - 2 hours, 3 hours, 4 hours, or 1 day depending on equipment.
Day Rate - 24 hours
- Saturday rentals are due out by noon and due back Monday by 9:00 AM
Week Rate - 7 consecutive days to the same time.
Month Rate - 4 consecutive weeks to the same time.

NOTE: RENT CHARGED FOR ALL TIME OUT. For you to get the best value for your money, return all items on or before the date and time DUE IN on your rental contract.

Metered Items

Rates for rental items equipped with hour meters are based on 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week. Additional usage is prorated per hour based on daily rate/8.

Identification

A valid driver’s license and phone number are required for ALL rentals.

Payment

Payment is required when item is picked up or reservation is made (excluding open account customers). We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, cash, check, or debit card with Visa or Master Card emblem. When paying with cash, check or debit card, a valid credit card is needed for pre-authorization or cash deposit is required. Deposits vary per item.

Deposit

Deposit is required in the form of valid credit card or cash deposit. Cash deposit will vary per item. Deposit refunded on return of rental item. We will not preauthorize debit or check cards.

Damage Waiver

A 12% damage waiver is charged at the opening of each contract on rental items. The renter is responsible for any damage caused by abuse, theft, burglary, misuse, loss, intentional damage or damage incurred transporting rented item.

Availability/Reservations

Please call for item availability. Reservations are welcome and suggested to secure rentals. We take payment at the time of reservation (excluding open account customers). A 50% cancellation fee may be charged on all cancellations within 72 hours of scheduled time. We will not take reservations over the phone unless you have rental history with us.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change. Please call for price quotes. All rental charges are for time out, whether used or not. If equipment does not function properly notify the store immediately. No credits or adjustment will be made unless we are notified as soon as the problem is encountered. Allied Rent-All is not responsible for operator errors or unsuitable conditions at site.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup are available at reasonable rates on all equipment. Please call for the charge to your specific location.

Fuel

Equipment is sent out full with fuel and should to be returned full. A fuel charge will be assessed on the return if not full.

Cleaning Fees

Equipment is sent out clean and is to be returned clean. A cleaning charge (minimum 1 hour) will be added if equipment is returned dirty.

Note: These policies do not supersede what is stipulated in the signed rental contract.
